3. Matching3. マッチング	You decide which introductions to take. Nothing is sent anywhere without your permission.どの紹介を受けるかはご自身で決めていただきます。ご了承なく情報を送ることはありません。	We introduce roles that fit, including ones not posted publicly.公開されていない求人も含め、条件に合う職種をご紹介します。

What to have ready when you register:登録時にご用意いただくもの：

A resume, in Japanese or English — a rough one is enough to start履歴書（日本語・英語どちらでも / 粗い内容でも構いません）
Which parts of your work you do in Japanese, and which in English業務のうち、日本語で行う部分と英語で行う部分
